Sobriety starter-kit: Receive a customized "swag bag" delivered to your door that includes sobriety chips set, tea variety, a book, a healing crystal, some healthy snacks and more
Support: 1-on-1 confidential support
Monthly Training Plans: Coaching and accountability based on individualized needs/wants
Goal setting: Personal assessment for both running and sobriety
Accountability: Receive a  phone call/text check ins with Coach Amber DAILY for the first 30 days (10-15 min).* 

• Weekly 45-minute goals review phone call/zoom
• Text/email Coach ANYTIME for additional support
• Weekly 20 minute yoga/meditation healing class
• Invitation into the private RRR Run Club for group training
• Weekly runner's yoga sequence
• Weekly cross-training routines
• Weekly virtual meeting with RRR training team (Wednesdays at 4:30pm PST/ 7:30pm CST)
• FB LIVE inspirational videos by Coach Amber throughout the week​

*After 30 days, it will be as needed: 2-4x a week for 10-15 minutes to review goals and monitor progress in each goal area.
