About Us
Amber Graziano, Founder and Head Coach
MISSION
Recovery Road Runners (RRR) Foundation is a non-profit organization that unites, encourages and empowers people impacted by alcohol and drug addiction to live a joyous, healthy and meaningful sober life by organizing running and recovery events both in person and online.
VISION
RRR envisions a world where people in recovery find true happiness and passion in their lives through running and community events. A place where our kids and grandkids grow up experiencing the joys of life alcohol-free, where sobriety is celebrated and normalized, so that they don't have to experience rehab and recovery themselves.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
RRR is committed to expanding and celebrating diversity and individual uniqueness. We create safe spaces for connection and belonging to enhance everyone's recovery.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER AND HEAD COACH
Amber Graziano is the Founder and Head Coach of Recovery Road Runners Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to health and recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. A second-grade teacher, a mama to two boys and a former collegiate athlete, Amber is an RRCA certified run coach, yoga instructor and recovery coach. Using the tools she's gained through decades of sports training and years in the classroom, Amber has developed teaching and training modules for people seeking recovery and healthier living.
Amber loves to give RRR members just the right blend of motivation, mixed with a little homework and cheerleading along the way. From her online support groups to her one-on-one confidential calls, Amber's recovery and running programs focus on your individual goals, rather than the goals of a group of people.
Amber's coaching style is all about positivity. Her philosophy is to look at the past as a tool for learning what you don't want in the future. No matter what bad stuff happened in your past, Amber will teach you how to find the positive through her mix of exercise, mindfulness and group facilitation.
A teacher through and through, Amber will guide you to a better understanding about why you drink or use drugs and how exercise can become your greatest weapon against addiction! With affordable membership packages for people of all backgrounds, Recovery Road Runners is the starting line you've been waiting for.
